The public consultation period on the implementation of Canada’s Policy on Audiovisual Treaty Coproduction ended on March 31, 2011 at which time this website was closed to additional comments and submissions.

Between February 4 and March 31, 2011, industry associations, provincial and territorial governments, stakeholders and Canadians registered to share their submissions and ideas. You can read their contributions in the Submissions Area and the Discussion Forum. The contributions will remain posted online for an entire year.

We thank all those who participated in the consultation process. Your input is key to inform departmental recommendations to the Government of Canada for implementing Canada’s Policy on Audiovisual Treaty Coproduction and ensure that Canada positions itself as a coproduction partner of choice.
